Julie has recently been awarded Fellowship of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM), in recognition of her contribution and credibility to Lifestyle Medicine. She is a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner, a Registered Nurse, a Counsellor/Coach and a Remedial Massage therapist. It is her role to oversee the guest experience, to motivate and challenge guests in the daily exercise classes, and to help guests to gain the most out of their stay by customising the program, where possible, to meet individual needs.
Greg is responsible for what guests consider to be one of the highlights of their stay – delicious yet healthy meals. He has over 15 years experience working as a completely plant-based chef. The guests also enjoy the cooking demonstrations where Greg guides our guests in making some of our delicious recipes.
Nigel brings valuable managerial experience to Cedarvale. He can be seen answering the phones in the office, to overseeing the Maintenance Department, and maintaining the smooth operations of the whole Cedarvale team.
Noelle works as our office receptionist. She helps with general enquiries, takes guest bookings, and maintains order in the office.
Emmanuel works hard to keep the Cedarvale websites up to date and in his spare time runs a home-business in website design and development. He is also a qualified massage therapist who enjoys seeing people benefit from the hydrotherapy, massage and other treatments.
