Cancellation Policy

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your room reservation. This is most easily done during your online booking process or over the phone with your credit card (Mastercard and Visa only); however, deposit payments may also be sent by cheque, money order, or direct deposit. Your booking will be confirmed in writing after funds have cleared our bank account.

Discounts

For the 5 and 12-Night programs a single discount of 10% is available for return guests and pensioners.

For the 4-Night program a single discount of 5% is available to return guests or pensioners.

Balance

The full remaining balance is payable on or before arrival. We accept cash, cheque, money order, direct deposit, EFTPOS, or credit card (Mastercard and Visa only).

Cancellation and Refunds

Special Conditions applicable for cancellations and transfers during  COVID-19 on a case by case assessment.

Reservations cancelled or postponed are able to be transferred once and must be used within 6 months.  If you do not redeem your transfer within 6 months, your deposit will be forfeited. 

There are no refunds or credit given for early departures.
