Saturday
A different day to the regular weekly schedule-a day to contemplate, relax and rest without schedules or timelines. Take advantage of the abundance of scenery and wildlife, rest in your room or read a book in the lounge area. There is a powerful healing attribute to regularly taking a sabbatical rest for the body and mind. Treatments are available Sunday to Friday.
